Iwan is a strategic leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in real estate, sustainability, and technology-driven value creation. With over twenty years of international experience in market development, corporate strategy, and partnerships, he has achieved proven results within leading (inter)national organizations in sales, marketing, and strategic growth, with a strong focus on returns, efficiency, and sustainable impact.

As former Head of Europe at RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), Iwan played a key role in developing and implementing the European strategy for sustainability, digitalization, and market standards. In this role, he worked closely with leading investors, developers, regulators, and universities to further professionalize and enhance the sustainability of the real estate sector.

Iwan has also gained extensive experience in the residential real estate market, with a particular focus on affordable housing and improving housing availability in Europe. He is involved in initiatives aimed at better, cheaper, and faster construction, where innovation, collaboration, and scalability are central to solving the housing shortage.

At GSI Capital, Iwan focuses on developing investment strategies and strategic partnerships that combine sustainability, technology, and returns. His strength lies in translating complex market trends into concrete growth models and scalable structures for sustainable value creation, both nationally and internationally.

Anthony is onze CLO (chief legal officer). Hij begon zijn carrière in de banksector, waar hij werkte voor ING, Bank of America en Bank of Tokyo London. Anthony is verder als lawyer geassocieerd met Govinda Lawyers, Bali en bij Manzanares Lawyers, een advocatenkantoor in Marbella. Zijn specialiteit is vastgoed, mediation en M&A.

Bert-Jan has extensive experience in real estate. He began his career as an architect with a keen interest in transforming, repurposing, and renovating historic buildings. He subsequently worked as a project and real estate developer for a wide range of clients, including housing associations, project developers, municipalities, contractors, banks, and private investors.

This broad experience has given him a keen understanding of residential, healthcare, and commercial real estate. He understands the diverse interests of the parties involved and is skilled at developing strategic and practical solutions for both property and area development. His work ranges from strategic acquisition and sales processes, product-market analyses, and in-depth spatial, legal, and financial real estate analyses.

Bert Jan moves effortlessly between strategic, tactical and operational levels, depending on the assignment and the administrative or public law context.

At a time when the Netherlands faces a massive housing challenge, with complex regulations and changing administrative dynamics, he sees ample opportunities to contribute to well-considered and sustainable real estate solutions. His broad background, education, and work experience have only strengthened his commitment to these multidisciplinary issues.

Juliette is a storyteller through and through. As the founder of the successful jewelry brand Soho Hearts, she demonstrated for years how creativity, entrepreneurship, and self-expression converge into a powerful lifestyle brand. Although she has now closed this chapter, her passion for meaningful communication remains alive and well – now in her work as PR Manager at Liven World.

Where Juliette once designed jewelry that inspired women to wear their own stories, she now focuses on a broader mission: communicating the vision of Liven World. With her background in communications, media, and brand strategy, she knows exactly how to create stories that not only inform but, above all, connect.

Duzan is a South African architect specializing in bioclimatic and inclusive design. With a strong focus on social inclusivity, he strives to create architecture that is not only sustainable but also promotes the well-being and social interaction of users. By applying the principles of social design, he designs buildings and environments that contribute to a strong sense of community.

Eline is a Dutch architect and expert in biobased and circular design. With her broad knowledge and experience, she is committed to innovative and sustainable solutions in construction, from product design to interior design and architecture. Eline believes in the power of renewable materials and circular construction to minimize environmental impact and future-proof the built environment.

Pierre, Head of Energy Solutions at Liven World, is a true techie with a passion for innovation. As a graduate engineer in Energy Technology, he has built an impressive career focused on versatility and expertise.

His professional journey began as a Surveyor and Auditor, where he was involved in inspections of equipment for industry and shipping. He also conducted audits focusing on Quality, Safety, and the Environment, laying a solid foundation for his later roles.

With this valuable knowledge, Pierre transitioned to the chemical, petrochemical, and offshore sectors. First, as an engineer within project teams and later as a Project Manager, where he was responsible for the successful completion of various complex industrial projects, both domestically and internationally.

In recent years, Pierre has increasingly focused on high-voltage projects in the world of energy transmission and distribution. This has led him to become closely involved in issues surrounding the energy transition and the challenges of grid congestion – themes that perfectly align with his current role at Liven World.

As a progressive professional, Pierre actively follows the latest developments in sustainability and energy technology. He continually assesses how these innovations can be applied to relevant projects, whether they are in the development or implementation phases.

Besides his professional life, Pierre is a dedicated family man. He is married and the proud father of four children and grandfather of four grandchildren. In his free time, he can often be found on the golf course or cycling, enjoying the outdoors and working on his fitness.

Johan is chairman of Biobased Nederland, the trade association for producers of biobased building materials. In this role, he is committed to accelerating the transition to circular and biobased construction through strategic collaboration, advocacy, and knowledge sharing. With a background in sustainable area development, innovation, and public-private partnerships, he connects governments, businesses, and knowledge institutions to structurally improve the sustainability of the construction sector.

Hans creates healthy buildings with Woodstock Real Estate. He also advises on (healthcare) real estate and is a supervisor at a healthcare institution. Hans leverages a carefully cultivated network of investors, developers, and developers to create the right partnerships to develop, finance, and realize (healthcare) real estate. This real estate enables healthcare institutions to focus on their own healthcare mission and vision.

Toon works at the intersection of technology, innovation, and strategy. With a background in Artificial Intelligence and experience at Accenture, he discovered how powerful technology can be when made understandable and accessible. Since then, he has focused on developing solutions that are not only smart but also contribute to transparency, efficiency, and human value.
